We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure timely delivery of your order. The shipping options available to you will be presented during checkout. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location.
Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after processing.
Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery is available in some areas for orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time).
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as product availability and your shipping address.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products in your order and your shipping location. You will see the total shipping charge before completing your purchase. We offer free shipping on orders over $500 within the continental United States.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Longmont, Colorado. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that orders placed during high-demand periods, such as sales events or holidays, may experience slightly longer processing times.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
4. Shipping Address
It is important to provide an accurate and complete shipping address to avoid delays. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed.

5. International Shipping
Currently, Bregalunie only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to provide timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to factors such as weather, high demand, or issues with the shipping carrier. In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you promptly. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund. If your order is damaged upon delivery, please take photos of the damaged items and send them to us at info@bregalunie.com.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or other reasons beyond our control, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
